# Enable 2 Factor Authentication in your Discord

## Solution

Select on the :gear: icon in Discord - User Settings.

Discord should automatically open the **\[ My Account ]** page.

Cute kitty aside, click the button <mark style="background-color:blue;">Enable Authenticator App</mark> as shown.\
Follow the instructions that shown up for you.

Once the setup is done, try to verify again in the server that you are attempting in!
