Solution

Select on the ⚙️ icon in Discord - User Settings.

Discord should automatically open the [ My Account ] page.

Cute kitty aside, click the button Enable Authenticator App as shown. Follow the instructions that shown up for you.

Once the setup is done, try to verify again in the server that you are attempting in!
