# 🛑 The bot's role is below the verified role, inform staff to move it above 🛑

Mistakes can happen, but not from us.

The server that you've joined may have recently set-up our application or reconfigured their roles into their Discord server and may not have configured it correctly even though we have a "near-perfect" setup manual written about it.

## Solution

Reach out to the server admins through private messaging (or DMs) and inform them to move the bot's role in the server to be above the 'Verified' role that they have selected.

You may send them this guide's link to help them get it sorted.

Upon saving this arrangement, the error should be cleared and you can re-attempt to verify.
