# Official Staff Card

As a user of our bot, we seek your kind co-operation to assist us in certain matters so that we can assist you or your users that are affected by the Verification bot.

(i.e. Getting a user verified, or permission to remove an old user from your server's verified users database)

The **command** (/card) that is activated to display this card is **exclusively reserved for Official AuthenticateMe Support Members**, whereas normal users will receive an error when using that command.

## <mark style="color:red;">Unauthorized Use of AuthenticateMe Staff Credentials</mark>

Forgery of staff identification or impersonation of an AuthenticateMe staff member is a serious violation. If you encounter an individual claiming to represent AuthenticateMe, kindly request them to execute the `/card` command to verify their identity.

Any person found impersonating AuthenticateMe personnel will face strict consequences, including permanent blacklisting from all AuthenticateMe services. Additionally, such incidents may be reported to Discord's Trust and Safety team for further action.
