# Fake user agent detected

> Your browser claimed to be a different browser or system than it is.

> Fake user agent detected, use a regular browser

Your browser reported itself as a different browser or operating system than it really is. This usually comes from an extension or a setting that disguises your browser.

## Fix it

1. Turn off extensions that switch or spoof your user agent.
2. Turn off "request desktop site" on your phone if it's on.
3. Try again in a regular browser, or on another device.
