Disposable email detected, use a regular email on Discord
The email on your Discord account comes from a temporary or throwaway inbox. The server blocks these, because they make it easy to create accounts in bulk.

Fix it

  1. In Discord, open User Settings → My Account and change your email to a regular provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud.
  2. Confirm the new email from the message Discord sends you.
  3. Verify again.
