Virtual machine detected, use a regular device
Virtual machines can be reset or copied in seconds, which makes them an easy way to look like a new device for every account. The server blocks them to stop alt accounts. Some sandboxes and uncommon setups can look like one by mistake.

Fix it

  1. Verify from your regular computer or phone, not from inside a virtual machine, emulator, or sandbox.
  2. Use a mainstream browser, such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
  3. If nothing works, contact the server’s staff with a screenshot of the error.
