Privacy settings detected, use a browser with default settings
Privacy settings are great for everyday browsing, but some of them hide or randomise the details AuthenticateMe uses to tell devices apart. The server you’re joining blocks browsers that do this, because it makes alt accounts impossible to spot.

Fix it

  1. Open the link in a mainstream browser, such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari, with its default settings.
  2. Turn off extensions that block tracking or spoof your browser while you verify.
  3. Don’t use incognito or private browsing.
  4. If it still fails, try another device, such as your phone.
Privacy-first browsers like Brave or Tor, and hardened browser settings, are the most common cause.
