Welcome to our in-house encyclopedia!

Welcome to our new-new info repository!

This repository is made possible using the GitBook Documentation App, which in immediate effect will replace all of our old Knowledge Base documentation previously hosted by Tawk. If you do have suggestions for our articles, please let us know in our Official Discord Server!

If you are an early user of our app before 15 July 2024 and have linked our documentation for support, all of the old documentation links will still be valid but with a redirected link provided to the new repository here until 31 December 2024.

From 1 January 2025, the old Tawk Knowledge Base will be erased with no documentation left.

We have upgraded to an easier documentation library presented from GitBooks!

While we could have stayed using Tawk, we found GitBooks to be an amazing platform to create support documentation even as a newbie!

How do I view the documentation?

To view the chapters that we have published, look for the content that you would like to view with the menu on the left. Some chapters have subpages baked into them, do expand them to view the topics that are listed and look for the one you require.

We do our best to make our documentation idiot-proof and foolproof with as much visuals as possible. If you are also unsure of certain supercalifragilisticexpialidocious complicated words or terms that we have in our documentation, you are more than welcome to enquire about it.
