# Free Plan

If you have a Discord server with a low to medium incoming user traffic, we generally recommend the Free Plan of our app as it already contains the main important features that most of our clients utilize.

By default, the app runs on the free plan and is upgrade-able through our [Patreon](https://www.patreon.com/AuthenticateMe).

However, the free version comes with a trade-off with your users being served with advertisements. This plan does utilize some services that we pay a premium on, and displaying third-party advertising materials does give us some revenue back to cover our costs of operation.

### ❗Important Note

It is important to emphasize that **our verification app does not collect debit or credit card / banking / cryptocurrency information** as outlined in the page here to our users who are verifying.

To keep your users informed of this during the verification process, we have included a guide for you to link your users to read before they begin verifying. It is the most idiot-proof guide with illustrations and with visual cues on guiding the user to verify without any hitches.

{% content-ref url="/pages/LU9g8OViZYYrOT87nksg" %}
[How to Verify?](/en/help/how-to-verify.md)
{% endcontent-ref %}

For servers and public Discord communities that deal with a huge influx of users daily or during major events (i.e. streaming or giveaway events), or looking to switch from a different provider to us- we recommend the Premium Plan, details which are described in the next page.
