# Max verifications attempts

To combat and alleviated automated robot users, the server owner / moderation team has set a maximum number of times that a user can attempt to verify in their server.

If you ever reached that limit, you will be presented with this warning.

## Solution

As this issue is not within AuthenticateMe's jurisdiction, you will have to reach out to a staff member in the server you're attempting to verify to reset your verification attempts.

The **decision will be ****made final by them** and AuthenticateMe Staff will not entertain requests to reset attempts for a user remotely in another server.

**If the server moderation allows you to retry- but don't know how to reset your attempts, the guide below is for them.**
