Run a health check
Most problems, like roles not being given or messages not posting, come down to a missing permission or a role in the wrong place. Run
/health or open the Health page first.2
Check the status page
If verification seems down for everyone, check status.authenticateme.xyz.

If you’re trying to get into a server, start with How to verify and Verification errors. Decisions about who gets into a server belong to that server’s staff, so contact them first if a check keeps blocking you. Many servers have a Help button on their verification message for exactly that. AuthenticateMe can’t verify you in someone else’s server or reset your attempts there.Common questions
